I’ve updated Rat Tangent to WordPress 2.8.  You’ll probably won’t notice anything but some faster loading times, but I’m patting myself on the back.

I’ve also added some Project Wonderful ad space over there on the right, so snatch it up while the going is good.  

Finally, and I’m most excited about this, I’ve joined the webcomics group on Kiva.  It is a site that manages microloans to worthy people around the world.  You set up an account, lend out some dough, they pay you back, you lend out that dough to someone else, etc. etc.  Microlending is a great idea, in fact it’s so good it got a Nobel Prize.  I just sent $25 bucks to help someone buy rice for the next harvest.  How cool is that.  Feel free to click on the link over there and check it out for yourself.
